Paula Machado is a sustainability coach and tourism professional with extensive experience in customer service and destination management. She currently works with DOC DMC Macau & Hong Kong and Destination China DMC, supporting travel operations and client relations across Asia.
As a freelance Sustainability Coach with Travelife for Tour Operators, Paula helps tourism businesses adopt responsible and sustainable practices. She holds a degree in Law and Economics from the University of Macau and completed her studies in Tourism Management at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
