Chinthana Duminduhewa is a sustainable tourism specialist with over 25 years of experience in academia, consultancy, and industry. He is the Founding Chairman of Sustainable Tourism Initiatives, a GSTC Lead Trainer, and the Country Coordinator for Green Destinations. Holding an MPhil and a Master’s in Tourism Economics and Hospitality Management, he has led major national and international projects in tourism planning, certification, and community development.
He also serves as a senior lecturer and destination auditor, with additional work in sustainability advocacy and wildlife photography.
