Max Dubravko Fijacko is a Certified Interpreter and Trainer with Interpret Europe, experienced in heritage interpretation across Croatia and several European countries. He has received major tourism recognitions, created the E.A.T. culinary interpretation program, and trains for EUROPARC’s Sustainable Tourism for Tomorrow program.
He runs a private tour agency designing exclusive Croatian experiences and has a strong background in communication as a journalist and radio host. Max also holds Level 1 Sommelier and WSET qualifications and is active in leading tourism and heritage organizations.
