She teaches tourism and territorial development at Groupe Aurlom Éducation, and is the Founder of Humus Tourism Consultancy & Development. She also works as Director of Business Development, Product & Operations at TLB Destinations.Caro holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Lessius Hogeschool Mechelen.
