Frank Hoerl is a hospitality executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of international experience in hotel management, operations, and consultancy. He has held senior leadership roles at Hilton, Mövenpick, and Azure Hotel Operations, overseeing major properties and leading strategic transformations and large-scale projects.
He is the founder of NextGenHospitality.de and advises hotel groups such as Primestar Hotels, Amano Hotel Group, and Titanic Hotels on multi-property management, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives. Frank is a certified mentor, coach, and sustainability auditor, and has completed executive education at IMD Lausanne and Cornell University.
