Richard Julius is a CSR and training specialist with over 30 years of experience in China–Africa cooperation, leading projects in trade, market entry, logistics, and professional training. He is the Founder and Vice President of the China Africa Meaningful Tourism Partnership and has held senior consulting and business roles. He holds a BA in Law from the University of South Africa and has completed further studies in business development, Mandarin, digital marketing, tourism management, leadership, and financial planning.
